Printed bag series
Bags modelled in Rhino, split into parts that print well, printed at home in PLA and PLA-CF, then assembled and finished by hand.
Photograph01 — The project
Printed bag seriesEach bag began as a Rhino model and went through numbered versions. Spike Bag kept its body while its handle was redrawn three times, then the handle got its own file so body and handle print separately. The skull on the blue bag is my own sculpt in Nomad Sculpt.
Every part was sliced for an Elegoo Centauri Carbon with a 0.4 mm nozzle at 0.2 mm layers, in PLA and PLA-CF. Print times and filament weights on this page are the slicer's estimates; sizes are read from the print files.

03 — Project status
Prototype- Stage
- PrototypeA working prototype exists (an app, a tool or a functional model); the page says exactly what it covers. Form-only models are listed under Physical evidence.
- What exists
- Rhino models, sliced print files and the printed bags, photographed.
- Physical evidence
- Printed, assembled and hand-finished one-off bags.
- Not claimed
- Production or sale
- Load, wear or durability testing
- Images
- Photographs of the printed bags, lightly cropped and brightened; renders of the STL print files. Print times and weights are slicer estimates.
