ROSA ÉCLOSE — the ruby-to-amber flacon under its gold flower cap, a Cycles render of the Blender model
01 — The product in 10 secondsROSA ÉCLOSE

Ruby glass, a gold flower and the coffret that holds them.

What it is
A 50 ml perfume set: a ruby-to-amber glass flacon with an S-shaped relief and a spray pump, a gold five-petal flower cap, and a brushed-gold kidney-shaped coffret with an enamel floral panel in the lid and a red satin cradle.
How it started
As three AI-generated concept images, made with ChatGPT and shown further down this page. They set the look; they carry no dimensions.
What was built
Three separate solid models in Blender, brought together in one assembly: the cap seats on the flacon’s collar, the flacon lies in a cradle cut from its own shape, and the lid opens to a 100° stop.
What is checked
Glass walls and fill, the cap’s press fit, the coffret’s walls and the clearances, read from the model: 13 of 13 interface checks pass. Nothing is built.

The model follows the concept images closely in form: the flacon’s silhouette and S relief, the flower cap, the kidney plan and the lid art. What the images cannot give is designed: the flacon’s 45 mm depth and a glass body wall of at least 4 mm, a 15 mm crimp neck with a spray pump, the cap’s hub and press-fit liner, the coffret’s height, two barrel hinges, the lid stop and the satin cradle.

The objects carry the word ÉCLOSE, printed in gold on the glass and engraved in the lid. ROSA ÉCLOSE is the name of the project.

03 — Product architecture & engineeringBlender model · measured

Three separate models, one checked assembly.

Every figure is read from the Blender model by its audit scripts. Clearances are sampled: a sampled minimum is an upper bound, given with the bracket the true minimum lies in. The lid sweep and the stop scan rotate rigid geometry; nothing is simulated or tested.

The working file

Screenshots of the working file in Blender 5.1. The flacon, the cap and the coffret are separate collections — ECLOSE_BOTTLE, ECLOSE_CAP and ECLOSE_BOX — brought together in one assembly. Five captures show the viewport rendering with Cycles; one is an X‑ray view. The floral art on the lid panel is mapped from the third AI concept image.

06 — Where it started

AI-generated concept images

ROSA ÉCLOSE started as three concept images I generated with ChatGPT on 4 October 2026: the flacon, the closed coffret and the open coffret. They are AI-generated pictures, not renders of a model, and they carry no measurements. The Blender model is the developed object, and every figure on this page describes it.

07 — Project status

CAD-developed concept
Stage
CAD-developed conceptThe product modelled in CAD to the depth the page states — exterior, key interfaces and the checks listed. Not built or physically validated.
What exists
Three separate Blender models — the flacon with its pump, the flower cap and the coffret — an assembly that brings them together, the audits behind every figure, and Cycles renders.
Physical evidence
None.
Not claimed
  • A physical prototype, glass sample or cap casting
  • A glass process: the wall distribution is modelled, not specified for production
  • Fabric behaviour: the satin is a modelled height field, not a cloth simulation
  • Manufacturing validation of the neck and pump against supplier parts, the cap retention or the hinges
  • Dynamics: the lid sweep and the stop scan rotate rigid geometry
Still open
  • Satin: it still reads as glossy folds rather than draped fabric.
  • Flacon: where the S crosses the thick shoulder glass, the highlights are still busy.
  • Cap: the front petals are flatter than in the concept images, and the bud sits about 1.6 mm higher, because the pump’s actuator under the hub sets its height.
  • Coffret: a little taller than in the concept images; its height is set by the closed-lid clearance to the petals.
  • Renders: the warm glow on the floor under the flacon is a lighting stand-in, not light traced through the glass.
Source of the figures
Read from the Blender model by its audit scripts. Clearances are sampled; a sampled minimum is an upper bound, given with the bracket the true minimum lies in. The checks are screens of rigid geometry, not tests.
Images
Blender Cycles renders of the model, and screenshots of the Blender file. The three concept images are AI-generated (ChatGPT) and labelled at each image. The floral art on the lid panel is taken from the third concept image and mapped onto the model, so it is AI-generated artwork. Images marked as AI-generated or AI-assisted illustrate intent; they are not renders of a model and not evidence.
